The Bootleg Beatles

The Bootleg Beatles are heralded as the best tribute Beatles band out there, with even George Harrison saying “You probably know the chords better than I do.”

Now in their 36th year, the band met in 1979 while in the cast of West End Musical production Beatlemania, and when the run ended they decided to continue performing and thus The Bootleg Beatles were born in 1980. What started as 4 musicians with black polo necks and a wig has evolved into The Bootleg Beatles’ lauded show, delivering a visually stunning note-perfect rendition of The Fab Four’s repertoire.
