The year 2022 marked the fantastic return of our Mr & Miss Vintage UK competition; the previous one had taken place in 2019.
As ever, the grand finale of this competition was held inside our large indoor "Century Club" venue. Before the show, the usual daytime table layout was changed to auditorium-style seating, in order to hold the large audience that flocked to the venue to watch the selection of the winners.
From our marvellously-attired ten lady and five gentleman finalists, it was once more an exceedingly difficult task to choose the winners, but we extend our congratulations to Leanne Billing, as our Miss Vintage UK 2022, and Gregson Kirby as Mr Vintage UK 2022!

In the Ladies' round, our flawlessly-dressed finalists were (above, from left to right): Alex Waddle, Amy Phillips, Amy Pierpoint, Danielle Bill and Eleanor Robinson, (and below, from left to right): Julie Stenning, Leanne Billing, Liberty Avery, Sophy Bassett and Teagan Adams.
Sophy Bassett took third place, with Danielle Bill in second place, and Leanne Billing was awarded the ultimate prize as our first place winner!
In the Men's round, our head-turningly dapper chaps were (from left to right): Jim Rowe, Gregson Kirby, Ben Morgan, Ian Ramsbottom and Toby Garner.
Toby Garner was awarded second place, with Gregson Kirby winning first place! The other three gents shared a joint runners-up position.
We'd like to give a big thank you to our regular hosts and judges: Dusty Limits, Lola Lamour and Mark Ewing. In addition, we'd also like to give a special thanks to our guest prize-giver this year, Sara Spade. Many of you will know Sara from her appearances at Twinwood with her band Sara Spade & the Noisy Boys. This year she also debuted an exciting new Bluegrass act of hers, created especially for our Moonshine Glade stage, called The Moonshine Sisters!
