Mr & Miss Vintage UK 2026
The Mr & Miss Vintage UK competition has become a firm fixture of the Twinwood weekend, celebrating all the charm, character and individuality that makes vintage style so enduringly popular.
The proceedings once again got under way with our opening photographic round, which brought in a marvellous assortment of entries from vintage fashion enthusiasts across the country. There was certainly no shortage of style on display, and whittling such a strong field down to just fifteen finalists proved every bit as tricky as usual.
Back at the helm for the live final were Twinwood favourites Dusty Limits, Lola Lamour and Mark Ewing, while Radio 1 legend Mike Read joined us as this year’s special prizegiver.

The Finalists
With the fifteen finalists assembled before a wonderfully supportive Twinwood audience in our indoor Century Club, the live final gave each of them the chance to show not only their outfits, but the personality, confidence and attention to detail that makes the competition such fun to watch. From beautifully put-together period looks, to individual touches that brought each outfit to life, there was plenty for the judges to consider.

In the Ladies competition, Amy Pierpoint took third place, with Ellie Frow in second place, and Sophie von der Goltz was awarded the ultimate prize as our first place winner!
In the Gentlemen’s round, Gary Brazowski was awarded second place, with Tom Powell winning first place! The other three gents shared a joint runners-up position.

Radio 1 DJ legend Mike Read not only starred as our prize-giver, but his legendary Pop Quiz was also revived at Twinwood 2026, as a live show featuring two teams of pop trivia experts, many of whom are familiar Twinwood celebrities. We hope Mike Read's "Vintage Pop Quiz" will become a regular feature at the festival!
