These marked taps are found throughout the campsites and come straight off the mains.

All lost property enquiries to the ‘Left Luggage’ station which in the woodland walk, near the Arena end.
This is run between the car park and camp site A from 10.30am to around Midnight.
We have disabled mobile toilets close to the arenas, and two disabled car parks for day visitors - one is for non-wheelchair users and is serviced by our shuttle bus, taking visitors to the Arena entrance. The other is for wheelchair users who cannot use the bus and is nearer to the Arena. We have ramps onto the Arena decking area and ramps into the bars. For disabled camping visitors, if you have a disabled badge, we will try to accommodate your needs. You must request disabled camping at the time of booking, as the pitches closest to the arena entrance are limited in number.
Toilet chemical and grey water waste points are all around the camp sites. Please DO NOT put oil of any kind into these tanks. We ask campers to take home all used cooking oil etc.
Please use the refuse bins which are sited throughout the festival site, and these will be regularly emptied by our cleaners. Campers should use bin liners, and when full they should be sealed and taken to the rubbish collection point in the campsites for collection. HOWEVER Due to the astronomically huge increases in the cost of refuse disposal & recycling, we ask all campers to take home as much of their own refuse as possible, and this will help us to keep the camp site charges down to a sensible level.
The nearest cash point is at Tesco, in Clapham, about 1 mile away. Sainsbury's (Clapham Road, Bedford) also has cash points, about 3 miles from the site.
Our local village has several general stores, off licences, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, a chemist, bakery, post office and other shops. Also, as already mentioned Sainsbury’s superstore is just down the road, and has a petrol station.
Twinwood Security Staff are here to help you have a safe and enjoyable time. Please feel free to approach any of our staff with your enquiries, and if he/she can’t help, they’ll radio to someone who can.
The Taxi pick up and drop off point is at the car parks ticket collection tent. Taxi phone numbers can be found at the bars.
