Before you request a refund please take a moment to remember that if you hold on to your tickets and come to the 2021 festival, not only will you be helping us massively, but you will be helping all of the amazing festival workers, and musicians who are also being hit especially hard by this crisis. If however you cannot make the new 2021 date and definitely want a refund, then we will honour that request.
To request a refund, you must return to us your physical tickets, and any other applicable passes (e.g. camping passes), plus a covering letter confirming your name and address. You must post it via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the address below:
Twinwood Events Ltd
Twinwood Events Ltd will not be responsible for non-receipt of returned tickets, which is why we urge you to send them by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
A refund will be made to you within 60 days of receipt. The deadline for claiming refunds is August 15th 2020.
Refunds are for the amount you paid, minus the Booking Fee (which was included in the ticket price, in line with our ticket buying terms and conditions). The Booking Fee is comprised of the 3% payment processing fee of the original purchase, plus a £5 administration fee (which covered the staffing and office costs, ticket printing and postage & packing). It is not possible to refund the Booking Fee, since it represents non-recoverable costs that have already been incurred.
We must also please request that any extra queries you might have are sent via email, as we are not able to effectively man our phone-lines during this extremely difficult period.
